2. To engage generally in any activity which may be lawfully carried on by a charitable corporation which is organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

To translate from IRS-ese, QuantumFoam.org wants to make software to help make the world a better place. We realize that software can't solve every problem, but we feel it can be a useful tool which, properly wielded, can make a positive difference.
